Returns Policy

Just follow these 3 rules for a quick return of your item(s):

Item(s) returned must be

  1. Within 28 days of purchase;
  2. Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached; and
  3. In the original packaging which must be in the original condition.

Can I return sale items?

Yes, you can return sale items, as long as they fit our 3 return rules.

How do I return my purchase?

This is very simple follow the 3 steps below:

  1. Send an email to inform us that you will be returning to your order to returns@rayannesdesign.com.my
  2. You will hear back from us within 24hours with full instructions on how to process your return

Returns take 2-7 business days to reach our warehouse. Once received, your request will be processed within 1-3 business days. For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need an extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.

Exchanges & Refunds

To exchange your item for a different size, it’s 4 simple steps also:

  1. Send an email to inform us that you will be returning to your order to returns@rayannesdesign.com. Please detail in the email, which products you want exchanged and to what size or colour.
  2. You will hear back from us within 24hours with full instructions
  3. You will be issued with a credit note or the funds of your returned items will be refunded to your original method of payment less the cost of the shipping the item(s) to you.
  4. We will not be responsible to cover the cost of returns to and from customers

Refunds

Here's how we refund - if you paid via:

  • Credit Card or PayPal: Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from
  • Part Credit Card, part voucher: The amount you paid with credit card will be credited back into the same account, and we will reissue you with a new voucher. Please note, courtesy vouchers aren't included in this, as they are a courtesy for you being such an excellent customer!

We strive to keep you happy up to 110% !

We are certain you will like something else in our store so ask for a 110% store credit as your refund! This means you get a voucher with the value of both 100% of the refund plus 10% of the purchase price, in the form of a voucher code, to use on your next purchase.!

If you have changed your mind.

If you would like a different colour or a completely different item, return your original item for a refund or 110% store credit and simply make a new order for your desired item.

If your item is faulty.

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact our Customer Service team, so they can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. Please note that we'll need a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process for you.

If you received an item you didn't order.

If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Service team who will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
